Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at True Shade Cosmetics Limited or brand – Your True Shade (YTS). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Your True Shade is dedicated to bringing you the best in cosmetics and skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team 1-876-872-8812, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, or via email at email@example.com for assistance, within 15 calendar days of the date of delivery. We will be more than happy to go over your concerns and find the best way for you to get the most out of your purchase.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in its original packaging. Returned cosmetics may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the cosmetic product. All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, must be returned. (You may keep free gifts and gifts with purchase). Products purchased as part of a set cannot be returned individually. The entire set must be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after 15 calendar days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of YTS shipping damage or YTS sending products which were not specifically ordered by purchaser (will be verified by ecommerce order data, emails, WhatsApp, Instagram Messages or any other communication medium used between client and YTS).
For shipping, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, both obtained at the cost of the shipper. Please retain your shipping receipt for proof.

All returns are subject to validation and approval by True Shade Cosmetics Limited. True Shade Cosmetics Limited reserves the right to refuse a return, if a return is received in the following condition:
- Order is refused upon delivery. Personal refusal of an order upon delivery, is not an approved return and will be refused by True Shade Cosmetics Limited. If it is accepted via email confirmation by the shipper, a fee of 50% of product cost in addition to a calculated service charge will be applied and deducted from your refund.
- Item is not in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a refund if the item is not returned complete with original and undamaged packaging.
- Returned item is damaged in transit. Return items damaged in transit will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please insure your return with the carrier.
- Sales and limited-edition promotions. All sales and promotions are final and do not qualify for refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it then notify you that we are in receipt of your returned item and advise whether you are approved for a refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate the appropriate refund to your credit card within 20 business days. Please note that the issuing bank/credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.
